How to delete your account and data

From the app

This is the fastest way and works the same in the Android app and on the web:

• Open Repasos de Primaria and sign in with the account you want to delete.
• Go to Settings → Account → "Close account".
• Read what will be deleted, solve the adult check and sign in again with your password or with Google.
• Tap the final button. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Email info@mrgnlabs.com from the address of the account you want to delete and ask us to delete it. We will check that the request comes from the account holder and handle it within one month at most.

What is deleted

Closing the account deletes everything we keep about it:

• The account and its sign-in, by email or with Google.
• All of the account's profiles and their progress saved in the cloud: stars, streaks, badges and exercises.
• On the device where the account is closed, the progress, PINs and the local copy of the data.

What is kept

We keep no account data after deleting it. Firebase, the Google service that stores the data on our behalf, may take some time to remove it from its backups according to its own timelines; in the meantime it cannot be accessed from the app.

Deleting a single profile

Deleting one profile without closing the whole account is not yet available in the app. You can request it the same way as in "If you cannot use the app".

If you use the app without an account

Without an account, progress is stored only on your device and we hold no data about you. You can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing the browser data.
